A 55-year-old man of British nationality died last Tuesday, September 13, in Formentera after falling off the cliff of the Mola lighthouse. As SAMU 061 initially reported, the warning took place at 1:15 p.m., activating an Advanced Life Support ambulance together with the Police and firefighters.

At the scene, initially the British victim could not be found, so the help of drones and jet skis was needed to carry out the search. Finally, it was a Civil Guard helicopter that located the man’s corpse on the rocks.
The emergency services activated the care of a psychologist for relatives who were on the spot.
He tripped and ended up falling in front of his partner
According to several British media such as the ‘Daily Mail’ newspaper, the 55-year-old man who lived in London lost balance when I was walking on the rocks near the lighthouse.
Just at the moment of tripping, the man could not regain his balance and fell into the void in front of your partner’s eyes and of a group of friends who came with him to the excursion of the small Balearic island.
The victim was initially believed to be a Lebanese man. However, shortly after recovering the body and speaking with his relatives, it was found that he was a 55-year-old man of British nationality who lived in London and that he wase was in the Balearic Islands on vacation.
