The international firm of consultants, auditors and lawyers Grant Thornton has sealed a union with the Sevillian office Sanguino Lawyersspecialized in advising companies, with the aim of “leading the professional services market in Andalusia”, they have remarked in a press release released this Thursday.
With the alliance, Grant Thornton lands for the first time in the capital of Seville, reinforcing its position in Andalusia after the inauguration of its headquarters in Malaga in 2017. For its part, Sanguino Abogados expands its range of services and adheres to a structure of scope National and international. Both firms were already working side by side on projects for Andalusian clients and exchanging information.
The resulting firm, which already operates in the Andalusian market with full availability, will work in a first commercial phase through a legal structure that maintains the corporate independence and commercial identity of both firms, Grant Thornton and Sanguino. What they are looking for, they point out, is to take advantage of all the possible synergies associated with the potential and territorial positioning of both.
